A chemical manufacturer that grew up alongside its clients.
edidn’t start as a large-scale manufacturer — we started as a small formulation lab in Karachi, solving one client’s fabric-finishing problem at a time. Ten years later, that same problem-first approach is why over 500 clients across Pakistan still call us before their process runs into trouble, not after.
Today Huda International manufactures auxiliaries and treatment chemicals across six industries — Textile, Leather, Construction, Paint, Water Treatment, and Raw Materials — but the way we work hasn’t changed: understand the client’s process first, then formulate for it, not the other way around.

Hafiz Naseer Mehmood founded Huda International in 2015 with a background in industrial chemistry and a conviction that Pakistani manufacturers were underserved by suppliers who treated them as a transaction rather than a partnership. That conviction still shapes how the company operates today — from how formulations are developed to how client relationships are managed.
